We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager in the South East to help grow our clients market share in the US.

Kaemingk International aims to design a distinctive collection of seasonal decorations for home and garden and supplies to various sectors such as DIY stores, E-commerce, garden centers, and department stores. Kaemingk has been operating on a global scale for 85 years with offices and showrooms in the US, Europe, and China. About the position:

This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to develop, drive and grow sales for Kaemingk throughout North America. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales through existing customers and acquiring new ones, particularly in the Southern regions of the US. You will the part of an ambitious and supportive team of colleagues in the Netherlands and the US.


What you will be doing more specifically:

  • Identify new market potential and qualifications of accounts and prepare strategic sales plans.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Increase sales of existing accounts by offering Kaemingk’s product range and expand into new markets and clients
  • Visit clients and trade shows across the US
  • Keep up with market trends and invest in your business network


What We Expect from You:

Your Work Experience, Education & Skills.

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience in the fashion, retail, or living industry.
  • You have an existing network within the retail industry.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Great interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to create trust.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales based on prospecting.
