Our client, IMBOX Protection, is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive their rapid expansion into the US shoe retail market. About the Role and What You’ll be Doing

You will play a pivotal role in unleashing IMBOX’s full potential in the US market by defining and managing ongoing processes with prospective customers. Your focus will be on bringing in new business, with full commercial responsibility and freedom. You will be responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in sales built on presenting facts, figures, business cases, and unique selling points. This role reports to the US Country manager and can be remote or based at its brand-new headquarters in Chicago, IL.

  • Become an expert on IMBOX’s products, services, and customer needs
  • Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities
  • Analyze and utilize the full potential of the market and develop a market plan in collaboration with the Country Manager
  • Establish well-planned and strategic sales targets, selling the IMBOX concept to new customers
  • Develop your pipeline, create an overview, and emphasize continuous improvement activities in the sales flow
  • Communicate market intelligence with the Sales team to ensure efficient improvements
  • Continue to identify market potential and potential leads
  • Provide occasional IMBOX training for store personnel

Checking the Qualification Boxes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in project-based selling with a solid track record of selling to purchasing managers
  • Proven track record in new business sales
  • Retail and/or FMCG experience is a big plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25-30%, mainly domestically
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Creative, and pragmatic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
