Our client, POCHET DU COURVAL AMERICA, is seeking a packaging development Manager to play a key role in the company’s growing US division in Woodland Park, NJ. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global company and take part in fragrance and cosmetics packaging engineering activities to contribute to the objectives, goals and plans for the America region.
With POCHET DU COURVAL AMERICA’S impressive list of luxury clients mostly located in or around New York City, you will be in charge of the development process of new product creation from concept through launch. In this role, you will be able to apply your energy and manage the technical stages of the development process of multiple projects ensuring final products meet quality specifications and customer expectations.
With a direct reporting line to the president of North America, you will oversee all aspects of product development and play a key role as the liaison between US customers and the engineering and manufacturing teams in France. It is critical that you have been exposed to project engineering phases in packaging development. • B.S. Degree in Packaging Engineering or related field of study
• +5 years of experience of packaging development interfacing with demanding clients
• Excellent organizational/time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Knowledge of design, manufacturability, product integrity & production cycle timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge (oral and written) in French a plus
