Our client, Kempower, is seeking an energetic Office Manager to support the company’s expansion into the US market where it will rapidly build a team and scale its operations to better serve current and future US-based customers. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of Kempower’s brand-new state-of-the-art production facility. You will organize and coordinate office administration and processes to ensure organizational efficiency and safety. Working very collaboratively and cross-divisionally, you’ll be responsible for intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures. The ideal candidate is an energetic forward-thinking professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. To be successful in this role you need extensive experience in independently managing a wide variety of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. We expect you to enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse individuals.



  • Be the main person of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and invoicing
  • Implement office policies by setting up standards to guide the operations of the office, and ensure results are measured according to the established standards, with continuous improvements
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced in a timely manner
  • Manage contracts and price negotiations with the office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Manager executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Ensure office operations, correspondences, and processes are organized, filing systems are developed, supply requests are reviewed and approved, and records are properly filed and updated
  • Pro-actively participate in planning and organizing company events
  • Organize onboarding and training of new staff together with HR
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Oversee office environment ensuring that the company’s physical office upholds its brand, culture, and experience for everyone who works at or visits the company while maintaining a safe and secure environment

What We Expect from You

Your experience & education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or assistance
  • Robust understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and knowledge of office software packages
