The role:

On behalf of our client, we are searching for a National Sales Manager to oversee the success of the sales performance of the National Account in given territory for StonePeak Ceramics. You will be responsible for selling the Company’s products, maintaining existing customers and client relationships, as well as soliciting and securing new customers and clients mainly in Hospitality and Retail sectors.

In this role, you will frequentlyconductbusinesstraveltomeetwithexistingandprospectiveclients.

You will maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by prioritize work through effective time management. You will also promote products at various tradeshows and special events geared toward National Account leads and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer
  • Business maintenance and development of existing and new National Accounts within determined territory.
  • Collaborate with National Accounts Team on targets, leads and potential
  • Clear communication on progress of National Accounts leads and initiatives with monthly/quarterly meetings.
  • Timely and successful delivery of solutions per customers’ needs and

 

The ideal candidate’s knowledge, skills and attitude

  • Prior industry knowledge and relevant sales experience in one of the following industries: tiles/flooring, furniture, bathroom faucets, lighting, kitchen etc… and third-party selling knowledge.
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or commensurate 3-5 years proven work experience in relevant role.
  • Prior experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, ideally within Retail and Hospitality clients.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Initiative, results-focused, goal-oriented, energetic and intellectually curious.
  • Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems & Excel.
