About the position

As Marketing Specialist, you will be crucial in enhancing TePe’s brand awareness in the US. You will work closely with the Vice President, Digital Project Manager, PR Manager, and the Customer Care team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing annual commercial plans and long-term marketing strategies fostering solid relationships with key stakeholders, including national retailers and dental professionals. The ideal candidate should be a true doer with a combination of B2C and B2B marketing experience and be proficient in the latest digital technologies. This position is based at the US HQ in Anaheim, CA, and reports directly to the Vice President of TePe USA. Minimal travel, up to 10%, mainly domestic, some international. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Collaborate with the Digital Project Manager on e-commerce backend issues and with the PR Manager to create and promote educational content for dental professionals and consumers
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies
  • Engage with the internal Customer Care team to gather feedback and enhance marketing efforts for the dental channel
  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the dental and consumer markets
  • Coordinate with national retailers on marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Plan and execute promotional email campaigns, balancing educational, promotional, and engaging content
  • Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
  • Review and optimize e-commerce platforms, focusing on key platforms such as Amazon
  • Update website content and improve user experience in collaboration with the Digital Project Manager
  • Coordinate international travel and representation at key industry events in Europe and the US
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and technologies to improve marketing efforts continuously.

 

What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience, Education & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in marketing tools & software (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
  • Experience working with national retailers and managing e-commerce platforms is a big plus
  • Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the US and internationally to Europe twice a year
  • Highly organized team player with a can-do and action-oriented mindset
