Job Description

The US Marketing Coordinator will help the company in the implementation of the new corporate identity, being a guardian for the integrity and consistency of the brand messages that will be delivered to the different stakeholders. This role is fundamental in keeping the Group’s direction and vision and the local priorities and actions aligned. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the US CEO, the US Sales Director, and the Group Marketing Team in Italy, Germany, and China to offer the best brand and product experience to our stakeholders, also by helping the organization in anticipating market requirements and trends.

1. Business Intelligence
• Competitor analysis
• Market outlook by business area
• 3 years forecast
• Usage of centrally provided market researches

2. Communication
• Internal communication
• External communication
• Fairs and exhibitions project management

3. Marketing Materials Production
• Catalogs and brochures pagination
• Creation and maintenance of marketing product information for catalogs, website, …
• Instruction manuals
• Contents creation for newsletters
• Editorial plan for the L&S portal (employees intranet)

4. Product Launch
• Training and communication plan
• Plan all the support materials and the related production timeline

Candidate profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in an EU headquartered manufacturing company is a big plus
• Must have proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel to tradeshows domestically and internationally
• Spanish, Italian, or German language skills are a plus but not required
