Key Account Manager

Emball'iso - Remote (U.S. Based)

Our client, EMBALL’ISO, is seeking a proven Key Account Manager (KAM) to help grow the company’s customer base and market share in the United States.

EMBALL’ISO is a leading global provider of passive high-performance thermal packaging and logistics solutions headquartered in France, with 8 production sites, 14 service centers, and 220 employees worldwide (including a staff of 25 in the US).

About the Position:

You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of existing clients in your region and, when opportunities arise, identifying new business prospects within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Clinical Research (CROs) and Logistics segments whose needs match our product and service solutions. Daily activities will include management, follow-up, and point-of-contact for your clients as well as lead generation, prospect research, competitive positioning, networking, forming strategic partnerships, and retention of key accounts.

As an independent and disciplined self-starter, you will get to develop your market with the help of the local Inside Sales, Production, Engineering and Logistics teams.

This remote position will require national traveling for up to 40% of the time to meet current clients (headquarters & subsidiaries) and prospective clients.

As a KAM, you must demonstrate tenacity, persuasion, critical thinking, and decisiveness to engineer suitable solutions to your clients’ packaging and logistics challenges.


• Consultative Sales experience

• Key Account and Project Management experience

• Cold Chain Packaging and/or Temperature-controlled Logistics experience

• Network/contacts in the Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Logistics space

• Able to manage short and long sales cycles simultaneously while also maintaining a healthy pipeline

• Independent and disciplined self-starter able to demonstrate tenacity, persuasion, critical thinking, and decisiveness


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science and/or Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of thermal packaging sales and/or temperature-controlled logistics sales.

• Project and Key Account Management experience and skill set.

• Existing relationships with Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, and related industry segments.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport from Operators to C-level executives.

• Innovative and intellectually nimble.

• Eager, energetic, and hands-on salesperson.

• Well-developed collaborative and strategic mindset.

• Preference will be given to candidates based out of the US East Coast
