International Support Professional (with an interest in Marketing)

Now that we’ve overcome the temporary effects of COVID-19, we are expanding our Atlanta based Support Team to assist and guide clients and consultants facing the massively increased demand for our services. We specialize in the permanent placement of candidates from the US labor market with American subsidiaries of European companies.

Position:

For the U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, we are seeking an experienced, professional, bilingual and marketing skilled Support Professional. This role will support our Sales Consultants and clients, including assistance to the Office Manager in administrative tasks and CRM management. This position requires at least 2 years of (preferably international) business-to-business service experience in an administrative role.

 

In supporting the Sales Consultants, this role will be involved in the full recruitment cycle. It requires excellent customer service skills as you will be coordinating, scheduling, confirming, and logistically planning with clients for meetings and candidate interviews. A strong attention to detail and a substantial amount of time will be dedicated to calendar management. Tasks also include creating and managing content and implementing marketing strategies. Developing and carrying out an efficient digital and physical documentation and filing system is a must!

 

You will be highly communicative with YER’s clients and candidates and offer support as needed. You will build solid relationships with clients and strive to be pro-active in your communication. In order to be successful in this role, you will always be one step ahead with the ability to multitask and find creative solutions to meet deadlines. This position requires an out-of-the-box thinker who truly enjoys solving problems!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in the administrative field;
  • Well-spoken with excellent writing skills;
  • Highly professional with an attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality;
  • Exemplary multi-tasking, planning and time management skills;
  • A “CAN DO” attitude with a positive outlook;
  • Proficient in Social Media and content creation tools e.g., Canva, WordPress.
