Job description

For further growth and success, L&S Lighting Corp. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work in an international environment, supporting highly professional sales reps selling lighting systems throughout North and South America. With your strong administrative skills and attention to detail, you will assist the sales department, while also providing outstanding customer service to clients and prospects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced working in a B2B environment. This role comes with the opportunity to grow into Outside Sales!

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Set up meetings for Outside Sales Reps
• Conduct Post Sale Follow Up
• Develop quotations in cooperation with the customer needs
• Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements
• Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
• Enter Customer PO’s, check availability of material and production, and communicate delivery dates

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 1-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
• Lighting industry or related industry experiences such as furniture or wholesale is beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office
• SAP Salesforce/Hubspot knowledge is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• German, Italian, or Spanish language skills are a big plus
