About this Position
As part of the transformative journey and expansion plans, the Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role while partnering with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business. You will be part of a global HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. You will be supporting all people related matters throughout the employee lifecycle and the operational excellence. Your overall focus will be to build on, and improve, the core HR foundation and standards that are already in place and take the HR aspiration to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to shaping the role and have a visible impact, while closely collaborating with the business. This role reports directly to the Managing Director North America. Some travel is expected.
Role
Initial Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Provide day-to-day HR-support
- Support employee development and performance management processes
- Support managers in HR legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Recruitment of manager, white collar and blue-collar positions
- Analyze wage and hour issues, resolving compliance gaps
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Analyze sensitive HR-issues, recommending appropriate response plans
- Implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers
- Support the ongoing development of HR-system
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues and the HR annual cycle.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
Your Profile
Your Education & Work Experience
- BA or BS Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a similar HR role
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- In-depth knowledge of US HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Experience with change management project (preferred)

Salary range 85-100K base
