Our client, EFI AUTOMOTIVE, is seeking an experienced HR professional to create and deliver high impact, measurable improvements to their team and business in the US. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global company and lead efforts in the recruitment, development and execution of employees’ performance management and successions planning programs.
With EFI AUTOMOTIVE’s impressive footprint in the US (2 sites and 200 employees), you will be using your leadership skills to develop trusting working relationships at all levels of the organization, from the factory floor to the senior leadership team. In this role you will be able to apply your energy and creativity when developing and implementing workplace processes and strategic plans that align with the group’s human capital programs.
With a direct reporting line to the US General Manager and HR Group Director (based in France), you will be given the opportunity to be part of the global HR team leveraging the group know-how and resources. As the HR Manager, your diplomatic skills will allow you to manage work environment situations with a high level of professionalism, evaluate existing talents and drive changes to ensure the appropriate level of skills and experience needed to accomplish the company’s short and long-term goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field; Master’s Degree desirable. SPHR or PHR is an asset.
- 8 to 10 years of broad level human resources leadership of global, progressive, best practices in manufacturing companies,
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching skills
- Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and HRIS.
