We are looking for a General Manager to work in this hands-on position. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven GM to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and operational processes.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.

 What you’ll do there:

Duties for the general manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Preparation of offers/quotations for new plants;
  • Definition of technical and commercial specifications for the new supply Contracts;
  • Projects Management, verifying the different project’s phases and taking care of the synergies between all company departments: technical department, purchasing department, production department, assembly department, dispatch office, administrative office;
  • Preparation of purchasing technical specifications for the procurement of external equipment, offer’s evaluation, supplier’s selection;
  • Planning of periodic meetings with company Top Management to illustrate the progress of Projects;
  • Keep contacts with Clients during all project phases;
  • Checking engineering documentation before submission to final Client
