Job Description:
In the Finance Manager role, you will report directly to the CFO of the company in the US. You will be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, monthly activity reports, and other ad-hoc analysis that supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and review financial data ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc
- Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
- Develop long-term business plans based on financial analysis and insight.
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
- Develop strategies to minimize financial risk.
- Promote, develop, and coordinate Business Intelligence projects within the Finance Department.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Experience in a multi-site, international manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
- A strong desire to be actively engaged as a business partner.
- Strong relationship-building/interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments and leadership styles.
