Finance Manager

Our client is a dynamic and growing company operating in the design sector, based in Miami. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including general ledger, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor cash flow, costs, margins and inventory identifying optimization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (US GAAP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
• Act as a key liaison, partnering with the Italian team to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Partner with HR to develop and maintain accurate personnel cost forecasts, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and headcount planning, ensuring alignment with budgeting cycles and business growth projections. Prepare monthly closing, quarterly forecast, and annual budget
• Lead and develop the finance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in international environments
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge is preferred)
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus
