POSITION

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the technical expert supporting our partners and clients across the USA and Canada. Your work will make a direct impact by delivering hands-on training and sharing your knowledge of trenchless rehabilitation systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct on-site customer training sessions at partner and client locations across the USA & Canada.
  • Provide on-site technical support at construction sites.
  • Travel approximately 70% (home on weekends).
  • Deliver professional technical consulting on the application of trenchless rehabilitation methods for sewer pipes.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in wastewater or construction technology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
  •  Confident with standard PC applications and basic technical documentation.
