Position

The Director Dutch Desk is a high-level professional consultant with full responsibility of his/her portfolio/desk. Specifically for the Dutch desk, the director will focus on closing recruitment opportunities with Dutch, Belgian & other European companies in the USA. You will combine a variety of challenging roles; Business Developer, Account Manager, Consultant, Psychologist, Researcher and Project Manager. Develops new business and acts as the Account Manager for existing clients. You will be an advisor for the Hiring Manager and/or HR Director and implement the recruitment strategy. You’ll be given the opportunity to identify, approach, interview and select high potential professionals and managers. The ultimate goal is to create a successful match between customer and new employee.

 

The Director Dutch Desk will be part of an international team in an entrepreneurial environment. We are a very successful international organization with a strong recruitment marketing concept, service portfolio, support organization and international network.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with proven B2B sales experience. A winner’s mentality and developed consultancy skills. Pragmatic and operational, and a passion for success. Strong communication skills combined with empathy and sensitivity. High energy, result focus and an entrepreneurial spirit. A good business sense and high ethics. Previous experience in the executive search industry, human resource management can be helpful but is not a requirement. Must be fluently bilingual.

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary with lucrative and uncapped commission!
