For its North American headquarters, NGR is looking for a German speaking CEO, who is a sales-orientated leader and will continue to drive NGR’s growth and success throughout North & South America. The CEO will be managing NGR’s US operations including Sales, Marketing, and Service, and be the link between the Austrian HQ and the US. Besides this the CEO will be personally responsible for a part of the sales territory. Within the first 6 months of employment and before fully transitioning into all management activities, the role will be highly sales orientated in order to gain a thorough understanding of the industry and NGR’s client base. The position will report directly to the CEO in Austria.

Responsibilities
Manage, coach, lead and motivate a highly-skilled team located in Norcross, GA (currently 10 people)
Transfer and implement NGR Austria’s policies, values, visions and strategies into the US subsidiary
Direct and oversee the growth and expansion of NGR in North & South America
Consolidate and expand existing relationships with clients and prospects
Grow sales substantially by seeking new business opportunities using industry knowledge and network of contacts in order to build profitable relationships
Define, prepare and manage annual sales budget, targets and forecasts
Develop strong product knowledge in order to propose invaluable solutions to customers
Pro-actively interact with CEO in Austria on a regular-basis regarding strategy, sales results, and market trends
Oversee the process of recruiting, retaining, managing, and training of employees
Manage company’s financial issues (cash flow and P&L)
Travel within North & South America meeting with existing clients and prospects

Candidate profile
Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree strongly preferred; MBA a plus
2-3 years of management/leadership position in a small to medium sized company, ideally with a reporting structure to an European HQ
7-10 years of successful B2B sales management experience in capital equipment industry
Experience in plastic/extrusion industry is a huge plus
Strong sales attitude with a passion for building relationships with current customers, winning new business, gaining market share, and a strong ability to close deals
Strong understanding of corporate finance & strategies; P&L management
Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills
Pro-active, highly-motivated, entrepreneurial, analytical, and detail-oriented
Open-minded with experience working in a multi-cultural organization
German language skills are a must
Willing and able to travel 50% throughout North & South America
