About the Position

As Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in growing Eupry’s client and customer base within the pharmaceutical, medical, biotech, and life science industries in the US. You will become an integral part of their Commercial Team, focusing on prospecting and lead generation to help their business growth. The right person for this role will be an excellent communicator with a passion for creating results. We expect you to be a master at building relationships and enjoy expanding your business network. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This role is based out of their new facility in Raleigh, NC, and reports directly to the Business development manager and Chief Revenue Officer. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engage with prospects within the logistics, pharma, medical, biotech, and life science industries through various channels
  • Conduct thorough research to determine the fit between potential customers’ needs and Eupry’s product offerings
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and opportunities
  • Continuously improve social selling approaches to provide the best possible experience for potential clients and establish trust as a reliable advisor
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, positioning Eupry as a valuable partner in addressing their business needs
  • Contribute to the growth of the client and customer base by consistently generating high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to leverage insights and feedback from prospect interactions for ongoing business development efforts
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth and expanding within target industries


What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience, Education, Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1 year of business development or sales experience
  • Experience in the life science industry is a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology & proficient in MS Office 365 Suite, G-Suit CRM, and sales tools
  • Outstanding English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Structured, analytical, and detailed team player with an affinity for problem-solving and time management
  • High energy and drive
  • Creative—not afraid of trying and learning new things
  • Hands-on, Can-do, Can-try approach
