Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Orbility’s footprint in the dynamic US market. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with key decision-makers in various sectors such as municipalities, shopping centers, real estate, and hospitals. Orbility will provide different tools such as lead generation automation services as well as marketing support. This is an opportunity to lead the next phase of growth in the USA; the role is well-suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the targeted markets to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, and technical decision-makers.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively address customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Share best practices and knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Understanding of the US market, particularly in the parking and smart city sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
