Tréca Paris is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts of their US team.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Ownership of the sales process for Tréca Paris in the USA – from prospection all the way to final invoice and ultimately, satisfied client and customer.

·        Understand and analyze the potential business opportunities that exist in the US for Tréca Paris

·        Develop and build key relationships with influential stakeholders to include interior designers, boutique hotels, high-net worth individuals, celebrities, public figures

·        Craft a market entry strategy for Tréca Paris for the US market as it pertains to luxury furnishings and the luxury bedding industry

·        Brand ambassador – understanding the power and delicate nature of a luxury brand and how to deploy the brand in the US

·        Be the main decider on the selection of events and tradeshows for Tréca Paris in the US (any events selected must be in line with the aspirations of the Tréca Paris brand)

·        Seek out and evaluate potential B2B partnerships with other US-based entities (brands, manufacturers, marketing partners, actors in luxury furnishings that can accelerate the growth of Tréca Paris in the US market.

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, marketing)

·        Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the following industries –  luxury goods, luxury furnishings

·        A clear understanding of how to sell luxury goods via today’s modern channels

·        Able to work remotely and autonomously – must be able to work remotely with decentralized international teams.

·        Cultural openness and awareness – ability to communicate with European team members, American team members, American and International clientele effectively

·        Must be able to work freely in the United States – there is no visa sponsorship for this role

 

Preferred:

·        Possess an already-existing network within the interior design community

·        Knowledge of luxury bedding industry will be heavily considered

·        French-speaking will be heavily considered

 

Travels:

Travels as necessary across the US – no more than 50%.  Selected candidate will have to travel to Europe for onboarding and periodic sales meetings

 

Compensation:

This role is being offered with a salary range of $150K – $160K base salary and an aggressive incentive structure that could reach $300K OTE.
