Position

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide excellent support for US branch by answering, screening and forward incoming calls. You will also be in charge for creating, reviewing, and emailing invoices. Moreover, your excellent multitasking skills will allow you to:

  1. Perform database maintenance.
  2. A/R and collection.
  3. Provides administrative support for Accounting and Sales departments.
  4. Greet and welcome guests.
  5. Reconcile expense reports monthly.
  6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  7. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.

Profile

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Above-the-average detail orientation.
  • Exceptional Time Management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS suite.
  • Must be able to pass a clerical, grammar, and computer skill assessment.
