Role: A&D Business Development Manager – North America
Location: remote preferably based in Miami, FL. Will consider NY Metro, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte.

The role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the company’s ambitious expansion across North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the brand in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets. The role focused on developing the company’s luxury dealers’ network.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth and Market Leadership:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate the brands across North America.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, ensuring our initiatives are both groundbreaking and effective.
Dealer Acquisition, Relationship Management and Contract Segment Development :
- Identify and secure high-profile dealers to expand the distribution network. Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with commercial partners and existing dealers.
- Create and execute customized business plans for dealers to drive exceptional sales performance and profitability.
- Uncover and leverage growth opportunities within the contract segment.
- Oversee sales performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on development activities, market trends, and sales performance to senior management, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Brand Representation and Networking:
- Represent the Brands at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities, enhancing brand visibility and establishing key connections.
- Develop and utilize a robust professional network within the home furnishings sector to drive business growth.

You are a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the sector. You will play a crucial role in advancing the brands’ recognition throughout North America and will be instrumental in forging new dealer partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and developing the contract segment. You are a strategic leader who combines a relentless drive for success with a dynamic and positive approach.
To be successful you possess:
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating a proven track record of successful business development.
- Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of North American home furnishings market, including key trends and growth opportunities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude, with the capability to maintain high energy and positivity in all professional interactions.
- Existing Network: A well-established network of contacts within the home furnishings industry is highly desirable.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
