What You’ll Be Doing

In your role as the General Manager, you will build value by developing and implementing new sales and operational strategies which will be key to your and the company’s success

  • Grow existing accounts as well as identify new sales channels and expand a customer base
  • Create and implement strategies for business growth
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Set-up and manage the US operation including sales, product development, supply-chain, warehousing/facility management, etc.
  • Hire new employees

 

What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • Minimum five years of sales experience ideally in Foodservice equipment industry
  • B2B Sales Experience both working with large and complex customers as well as distributors and sales reps
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Experience with both strategic and operational focus
