Robert grew up in The Netherlands where he studied Business Economics and Communication. For many years, he was part of an international HR Solutions company where he focused on training, consulting & business development in the HR(D) area. Later, Robert joined an ambitious global capital equipment manufacturer specialized in the food industry. After 3 years, he relocated to the US to join their local management team where he was responsible for HR & IT. In his last role, Robert lead the overall sales, service and project teams in the Americas.
With over 20 years of successfully building international organizations and managing teams in Europe and the Americas, Robert supports European companies successfully achieve their international aspirations and business goals by attracting the necessary high-caliber local talent to execute their business strategy.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys exploring the globe together with his daughter and meeting with friends and family all over the world. Preferably accompanied by a homemade meal and fabulous wine!
