Magdalena joins YER USA as Director of the Polish Desk. She brings 16+ years of executive recruitment and talent management experience, from agency as well as inhouse practice. She has covered the US, UK and Polish markets. Magdalena holds a Master’s Degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University in London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Being fluent in Polish and English, Magdalena services our Polish clients with their recruitment needs in the US across various industries. With her background as a certified talent assessor, she has extensive experience in recruiting, assessing and developing mid to senior level management.
Outside of work, Magdalena enjoys learning about new cultures and exploring international cuisine by travelling.
