Born and raised in Liguria, Italy, Gabriele holds a MSc Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and has over 20 years of experience working in the maritime industry. With extensive experience in vessel technical and safety management, strategic planning, business development, recruiting, and team leadership, Gabriele has held various managerial positions in the maritime sector.

Before joining YER USA, Gabriele served as a managing director for IB USA, a leading maritime fleet tech management company. In this role, he successfully oversaw business development strategies, led high-performing teams and implemented innovative technical and safety systems for maritime operations. Previously, he worked as an Operations Manager for Grimaldi Holding, a multinational logistics company. Gabriele joined YER USA in 2021, where he focuses on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
