Aleah is an experienced recruitment and sales professional with a history of leading teams, leveraging an advanced professional network, and adopting innovative sales, marketing and talent acquisition strategies and technologies. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Aleah attained two Bachelor’s Degrees in both Marketing and Sport Management from Western Carolina University. After Graduation, she relocated to Atlanta and began her career working within various industries diversifying her experience. At YER she uses her communication skills to effectively find and deliver the qualified talent!
Aleah is originally from the mountains of Roanoke, Virginia and is excited to be a part of the YER team.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and exploring new sites, and finding new restaurants.
